Hollywood stars are doing their part to save water during Cali’s prolonged drought. Billy Ray Cyrus’ gardeners dug up all his grass and replaced with gravel. David Beckham says he drinks his whiskey neat (straight, no water, no chaser.) Sharon Osbourne & Cameron Diaz confessed they do not flush after peeing.
Governor Brown’s water plan targets urban people like me. He gives a pass to big GMO Monsanto farmers who use 80% of Cali’s water and powerful oil companies who use 2 million gallons of fresh water a day to produce fossil fuels (oil and gas) which results in CO2 & climate change – increased droughts, melting polar ice caps, rising sea temperatures, etc.
My idea to save Cali water is to move. I wrote prophetic lyrics about no water to drink, air pollution and climate change and sang my heart out on “Free Mama Earth.” Hopefully “Free Mama Earth” will raise money to help save our environment and inspire all that hear it.
