When you help somebody who is in a way worse situation than you, there’s no time to obsess about your teeny weeny problems. Whether it’s a word of encouragement, a SMILE, respite to family with special needs child, delivering food to sick and shut in, donating to #StopSlavery, etc, I encourage you to lend a helping hand to someone in need. You’ll be singing that James Brown song: “I feel good!!!”
