It’s a disgrace that extreme poverty, hunger and homelessness exists in one of the richest countries in the world, United States of America. In this election season, I hope that voters insist that a fair share of tax money is allocated to help people in need.
History teaches us that one day you might be wealthy and in an instant, all your assets can disappear. (The Nazis took money, real estate, art, etc from Jews before putting them in concentration camps. Americans sent military and police into Japanese American businesses and homes; confiscating their real estate, money, art, etc and placing them in concentration camps, etc., etc, etc.) Therefore, it pays to help people less fortunate because you never know when you or yours will need help.
One Love,
Aria
